JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for engineering Electrical & Instrumentation of industrial projects in the petrochemical industry (detail engineering).
- Under the guidelines, you will prepare:
- Electrical Consumer/load list, Cable lists, Instrument List and I/O Lists
- Single line diagram, overall Power Block Diagram, Field Instrument and control valve datasheets
- Electrical cable wiring connection to LCS, VFD, MCC Panels…
- Electrical / Instrument main cable routing
- Electrical / Instrument cable wiring connection to MCC, LCS, JB, RIO/IO Panels…
- Instrument hook-ups drawing and Instrument air supply Manifold
- In this role, you need understand process P&IDs and process description for preparing documents and drawings related to Electrical & Instrument portion.
- You work with E/I designers in preparing detailed design drawings as mentioned above.
- You are responsible to check the location of equipment and filed instrument on 3D modeling for detail drafting works.
- You may review instrument / electrical vendor quotations with vendor print documents and create a bid tabulation data table for evaluation.
- You may interface with the other disciplines within the project team. (Civil, Piping, Process, Civil Structure, …) for collecting data required for electrical and instrument input data.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- From 2 to 5 years with in-depth knowledge in Electrical / Instrumentation/ Control & Automation Engineering works.
- Having an understanding of industrial electrical / instrumentation equipment, particularly in chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
- You enjoy working in a team on projects with various industrial sectors
- You have knowledge of relevant legislation (AREI, ATEX, SIL, PED, etc).
- Good communication of English is a necessity.
- Software:
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is necessary
- Design software knowledge is preferable:
- Eplan
- SPI
